How do I download my purchase?
After a successful payment, go to Orders and click the download button next to your product. Each product gets a secure, time-limited download token.
What is a license key?
Every purchase includes a unique license key for your records. You can find and copy them from your Orders page.
What are coupons?
Apply coupon codes like ARKO10 at checkout for flat or percentage discounts. Some coupons require a minimum order amount.
Are the reports based on real calculations?
This is a demonstration prototype. Reports use real Jyotish concepts (tithi, nakshatra, ashta-koota) but sample data for display purposes.
Can I get a refund?
Contact support within 7 days for issues. Digital goods are non-returnable once downloaded.
Can I download more than once?
Yes. Each product allows a configurable number of downloads (default 5) before the link expires.
